Our New Client Orientation Programs (NCOs) and Creating a Business Plan are becoming the talk of the town. Designing custom album presentations and creating wonderful storylines are paramount when working with today’s bridal clients. Trends in image layouts and custom cover creations are showcased in this lecture series offered by Leather Craftsmen.

 

Having a "Blue Print" for your business will help you make the correct decisions, and keep your businesses moving in the right direction. Leather Craftsmen is pleased to offer a program on writing Business Plans for the photographic professional. This lecture will highlight and explain the 5 components of an effective business plan: Goal Setting, Executive Summaries, Company Plans, Marketing Outlines and Financial Plans. Our New Client Orientation Programs (NCOs) and Creating a Business Plan are given one day each month from 10:00am until 4:00pm. Included in these workshops are album design ideas, business plan writing, marketing techniques, a full plant tour, and a nice lunch with the staff and friends. These classes are complimentary. We limit these workshops to 15 students in each class.
